Noble Legacy Society

What is the Noble Legacy Society?
Over the years, many of our members and friends have provided a legacy of hope in their estate plans for the Noble County Community Foundation. These are gifts of trust in the generations that will form the Noble County of tomorrow.

Unfortunately, we often don’t learn of our member’s bequests by will until he or she has passed on. We’d like to thank and recognize you NOW for such lasting generosity and long-term commitment.

The Noble County Community Foundation’s “Noble Legacy Society” is our way of doing that. We also use it to say thank you for other bequests, such as gifts through Trusts, Charitable Gift Annuities and Pooled Income Funds.

As a Member, you will lead the way for others, as you have all along, in keeping the future bright for all of Noble County.

How will my bequest help?
When you give a gift of caring through your estate planning, you help endow the future for Noble County. Your gift through the Noble County Community Foundation’s Noble Legacy Society will enable us to enhance, in perpetuity, to support the charitable goals of the Foundation. Your will today can be a living memorial for Noble County charities, that are close to your heart. We recommend gifts to the Community Impact Fund, however, you can direct where and how the gift will be used. Income from your gift invested in the endowment may be used for many different programs, such as music, education, scholarships, or whatever you choose.

What will I receive as a member?
We want to thank you for your leadership role in the Noble County Community Foundation’s Noble Legacy Society with:

  • Annual Special Member recognition event
  • Helpful information on estate and charitable gifts planning
  • A certificate of Membership
  • Other special recognitions from time to time
  • Annual Reports and newsletter recognition
